At Stannp.com, I initially played a central role in the redesign and launch of the company website and platform, working with a UX led mindset to improve usability, structure, and clarity across the customer journey. The project involved significant input from stakeholders, in which strong preferences ultimately shaped many of the visual and experiential decisions. As a result, the final released design does differ in places from the direction I would have chosen independently.
This said, I value the collaborative process and the opportunity to adapt my work within a broader organisational vision, even if it does sometimes mean that designs I prefer are not selected (although as many designers know, this is just part of the role!). You'll see above that I have included an example of my own proposed design for the postcard page header (which would go alongside another preferred full page design also), which was not selected. I have included just as I would say this more closely reflects my personal design approach with a different logo idea and variation on fonts etc. (This is only on desktop, for now!)
Alongside the website and platform work, I also design bespoke direct mail pieces for client proposals, several of which have contributed directly to securing significant commercial orders.
